Click here to purchase your Special Event Insurance from our insurance provider, and Liquor Liability Coverage if alcohol is served/sold the event. A valid Certificate of Liability must be provided within 7 days of the rental.
You may also contact your insurance provider to check if your homeowner’s policy can be extended to cover your facility rental. More details are in the Contract under the "Contract/Pricing" tab.
Required insurance of 1,000,000 for each occurrence and aggregate of 2,000,000. The applicant must be specified as the insured. The Certificate shall name “Little Hearts Property LLC” as an “Additional Insured”. Facility Use Permits may not be transferred, assigned or sublet.
